Through mindfulness – based methods, qualities like acceptance, emotional balance and compassion can be developed and improved. These aspects come to life by letting ourselves stop for a while and feel what is happening in the here and now, by allowing things to be just as they are.
This workshop will give an opportunity to experience the challenges and the benefits of stopping , staying still and being mindful. We hope and believe that an experiential approach is the best teacher for considering the potential benefits of mindfulness training.



This being human is a guest house.
